Dollar for Dollar Basis definition

Dollar for Dollar Basis means that for each dollar paid to one Party, a dollar shall be paid to the other Party. For example, if $2.00 is received, each Party will receive $1.00.

  • Euro-Dollar Business Day means any Domestic Business Day on which commercial banks are open for international business (including dealings in dollar deposits) in London.

  • Euro-Dollar Rate means a rate of interest determined pursuant to Section 2.07(b) on the basis of a London Interbank Offered Rate.

  • Eurodollar Base Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.

  • Euro-Dollar Borrowing has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.

  • Euro-Dollar Reference Banks means the principal London offices of Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, Mellon Bank, N.A., and Xxxxxx Guaranty Trust Company of New York, and "Euro-Dollar Reference Bank" means any one of the foregoing.

  • Euro-Dollar Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Non-LIBOR Quoted Currency means any currency other than a LIBOR Quoted Currency.

  • Swing Line Rate means, (a) in respect of Swing Line Loans made in US Dollars or any Alternate Currency other than Canadian Dollars, for any Interest Period, the sum of (i) the rate per annum determined by the applicable Swing Line Agent as the rate of interest (rounded upward to the next 1/100th of 1%) at which deposits in the relevant currency for delivery on the first day of such Swing Line Loan in Same Day Funds in the approximate amount of the Swing Line Loan being made by such Swing Line Agent (or its affiliate) and with a term equivalent to such Interest Period would be offered by BNP Paribas London to major banks in the London or other offshore interbank market for such currency at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the first day of such Swing Line Loan and (ii) the Applicable Rate, (b) in the case of Swing Line Loans made in Canadian Dollars, the sum of (i) the Canadian Prime Rate and (ii) the Applicable Rate and (c) in the case of Swing Line Loans made in Australian Dollars, for any Interest Period, the sum of (i) the rate per annum determined by the applicable Swing Line Agent as the rate of interest (rounded upward to the next 1/100th of 1%) at which deposits in Australian Dollars for delivery on the first day of such Swing Line Loan in Same Day Funds in the approximate amount of the Swing Line Loan being made by such Swing Line Agent (or its affiliate) and with a term equivalent to such Interest Period would be offered by BNP Paribas, Sydney Branch to major banks in Sydney at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m. (Sydney time) on the first day of such Swing Line Loan and (ii) the Applicable Rate.

  • Dollar" or $" means the currency of the United States of America that, as at the time of payment, is legal tender for the payment of public and private debts.

  • LIBOR Quoted Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum equal to the quotient of (i) the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for a one-month interest period which appears on the LIBOR01 Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the immediately preceding Business Day) divided by (ii) one (1) minus the Eurodollar Reserve Percentage.

  • USD-LIBOR-BBA As defined in the Swap Agreement in the Annex to the 2000 ISDA Definitions.

  • Euro-Dollar Reserve Percentage has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(c).

  • Eurodollar Banking Day means any Banking Day on which dealings in Dollar deposits are conducted by and among banks in the Designated Eurodollar Market.

  • U.S. Dollar Equivalent means, on any date of determination, (a) with respect to any amount in US Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to any amount in any Alternative Currency, the equivalent in US Dollars of such amount, determined by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 1.05 using the Exchange Rate with respect to such Alternative Currency at the time in effect under the provisions of such Section.

  • Alternative Currency Equivalent means, at any time, with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, the equivalent amount thereof in the applicable Alternative Currency as determined by the Administrative Agent or the applicable L/C Issuer, as the case may be, at such time on the basis of the Spot Rate (determined in respect of the most recent Revaluation Date) for the purchase of such Alternative Currency with Dollars.

  • Currency Valuation Notice means a notice given by the Required Multicurrency Lenders to the Administrative Agent stating that such notice is a “Currency Valuation Notice” and requesting that the Administrative Agent determine the aggregate Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure. The Administrative Agent shall not be required to make more than one valuation determination pursuant to Currency Valuation Notices within any rolling three month period.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate means, for any day, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Dollar Amount The dollar amount of the suspected error. • Description of problem: If you think there is an error on your bill, describe what you believe is wrong and why you believe it is a mistake. You must contact us: • Within 60 days after the error appeared on your statement. • At least 3 business days before an automated payment is scheduled, if you want to stop payment on the amount you think is wrong. You must notify us of any potential errors in writing. You may call us, but if you do we are not required to investigate any potential errors and you may have to pay the amount in question.

  • USD LIBOR means the London interbank offered rate for U.S. dollars.

  • Dollar Equivalent Amount means, at any time, (a) as to any amount denominated in Dollars, the amount hereof at such time, and (b) as to any amount denominated in a currency other than Dollars, the equivalent amount in Dollars as determined by Agent at such time that such amount could be converted into Dollars by Agent according to prevailing exchange rates selected by Agent.

  • LIBOR Quoted Currency means each of the following currencies: Dollars; Euro; Sterling; Yen; and Swiss Franc; in each case as long as there is a published LIBOR rate with respect thereto.

  • Alternative Currency Term Rate means, for any Interest Period, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Eurodollar Business Day means any Business Day on which dealings are also carried on in the London interbank market and banks are open for business in London.

  • Applicable Multicurrency Percentage means, with respect to any Multicurrency Lender, the percentage of the total Multicurrency Commitments represented by such Multicurrency Lender’s Multicurrency Commitment. If the Multicurrency Commitments have terminated or expired, the Applicable Multicurrency Percentages shall be determined based upon the Multicurrency Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments.

  • EURIBOR Rate has the meaning assigned thereto in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate”.

  • LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one-sixteenth of one percent) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for delivery on the first day of and for a period equal to such Interest Period in an amount equal or comparable to the principal amount of the Eurodollar Loan scheduled to be made by each Lender as part of such Borrowing, which appears on the Applicable Telerate Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on the day two (2) Business Days before the commencement of such Interest Period.
