DOE Contract definition

DOE Contract means that certain Sub-Lease Agreement dated March 25, 1999, between Borrower and the Community Reuse Organization of Tennessee, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented, restated, renewed or extended form time to time.
DOE Contract has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto. For ------------ purposes of Sections 2.4, 2.4, and 2.6, the term DOE Contract shall include the present DOE Contract or any other agreement pursuant to which the Company, the Purchaser, or any Affiliate, assignee or transferee of the Purchaser is responsible for planning, managing, and executing the Tank Waste Remediation System at the Hanford Site prior to GFY 2007.
DOE Contract means any contract for services and/or goods to be provided to or in respect of DOE.

  • All correspondence relating to the establishment, revision, and negotiation of billing and final indirect cost rates shall be addressed to the Contracting Officer for Indirect Cost Rate Management, with information copies of the correspondence to the DOE Contract Specialist.

  • Reimbursement will be made through the regular DOE Contract, DOE-BIL22 Contract, or HEAP Contract.
