Consumer Protection Act means the Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008;
Wall means a contiguous, physical wall or other similarly secure, contiguous, and impassable physical barrier.
Dodd-Frank Act means the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act, Act 4 of 2013;
the 2002 Regulations means the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002;
Xxxxxxx Act means the Xxxxxxx Antitrust Act of 1890, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
the 2000 Regulations means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2000(b); "the 2001 Regulations" means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2001(c);
Clean water standards, as used in this clause, means any enforceable limitation, control, condition, prohibition, standard, or other requirement promulgated under the Water Act or contained in a permit issued to a discharger by the Environmental Protection Agency or by a State under an approved program, as authorized by Section 402 of the Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1342), or by local government to ensure compliance with pre-treatment regulations as required by Section 307 of the Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1317).
CRD IV Regulation means Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 26, 2013, as the same may be amended or replaced from time to time.
the 2010 Regulations means the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Automatic Enrolment) Regulations 2010;
the 1997 Regulations means the Zebra, Pelican and Puffin Pedestrian Crossing Regulations 1997.
Clawback means the obligation to repay amounts to a Member of the CFG Group by an individual in accordance with rule 4 as the Committee considers appropriate;
Xxxx-Xxxxx Act means the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
the 2012 Regulations means the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2012;
Regulation G means Regulation G of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System as from time to time in effect and any successor to all or a portion thereof.
PPPFA Regulations means the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017 published in terms of the PPPFA.
Xxxxx–Xxxxx Act For any federally assisted construction contract, in excess of two thousand dollars ($2,000), the contractor, subcontractor, subrecipient shall comply with all of the requirements of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 – 3148) as supplemented by Department of Labor Regulations (29 CFR Part 5, “Labor Standards Provisions Applicable to Contracts Covering Federally Financed and assisted Construction”); and the Xxxxxxxx “Anti-Kickback” Act (40 U.S.C. 3145), as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part 3, “Contractors and Subcontractors on Public Building or Public Work Financed in Whole or in Part by Loans or Grants from the United States”). the 2007 Regulations means the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) General Regulations 2007;
Listing Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Clean air standards, as used in this clause, means:
the applicable data protection law means the legislation protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals and, in particular, their right to privacy with respect to the processing of personal data applicable to a data controller in the Member State in which the data exporter is established;
Law or Regulation means the law or regulation of any jurisdiction, domestic or foreign, or any agreement entered into with or between Authorities.
Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act means the Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, as amended.
