Documented Trust Accounts. We offer revocable trust accounts to our members. Trust Accounts will only be opened if the Trust documentation presented by you to the Credit Union is in a manner acceptable to our underwriting policies. We require all Trust Accounts to provide the name of any Successor Trustee(s). The individual establishing the Trust (the "Settlor") must be a member of the Credit Union and, any withdrawal of Trust Account funds will be deemed a revocation of the Trust to the extent of any such withdrawal. It is the responsibility of the Settlor(s) to determine and understand any legal effects related to this type of Account. To open this type of account you will be required to furnish specific documents that we will use to establish the account. If you establish an account in connection with a written trust, you certify and declare that: (a) you are the trustee of the trust;

If you establish an account in connection with a written trust, you certify and declare that: (a) you are the trustee of the trust; (b) you are authorized to enter into this and other agreements with us in connection with the trust; (c) no other person's authorization or court order is required for the actions you take and/or the instructions you give in connection with the account; (d) the correct name of the trust is reflected on the signature card or application for the account; and

  • Trust Accounts has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.1.

  • Servicer Account means any account established by Servicer in connection with the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Trust Account means the trust account established by the Company upon the consummation of its IPO and into which a certain amount of the net proceeds of the IPO, together with a certain amount of the proceeds of a private placement of warrants simultaneously with the closing date of the IPO, will be deposited.

  • Trust Account Property means the Trust Accounts, all amounts and investments held from time to time in any Trust Account (whether in the form of deposit accounts, Physical Property, book-entry securities, uncertificated securities or otherwise), and all proceeds of the foregoing.

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Disbursement Account means any Deposit Account maintained by Borrower with a financial institution for the purpose of receiving and disbursing the proceeds of Loans made pursuant hereto.

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Custodial Accounts Each Custodial Account (other than an Escrow Account) established and maintained by a Servicer pursuant to a Servicing Agreement with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Servicer Custodial Account The separate Eligible Account or Accounts created and maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.08(b).

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Issuer Accounts means, collectively, the Excess Funding Account, the Collection Account and any Supplemental Issuer Account, including any Sub-Accounts thereof.

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. as Master Servicer for HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Mortgage Investors, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, MANA Series 2007-OAR4 - Master Servicer Collection Account." The Master Servicer Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Sub-Servicing Account An account established by a Sub-Servicer which meets the requirements set forth in Section 3.08 and is otherwise acceptable to the Master Servicer.

  • Servicing Account The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.09.

  • Seller Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Servicing Accounts The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.08.

  • Agent Account means such account of the Administrative Agent in New York, New York as is designated in writing from time to time by the Administrative Agent to the Borrower and the Lenders for such purpose.

  • Note A-1 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Fund Custody Account means any of the accounts in the name of the Trust, which is provided for in Section 3.2 below.

  • Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.
