Document of gift means a donor card or other record used to make an anatomical gift. The term includes a statement or symbol on a driver's license, identification card, or donor registry.
Document type means the type of payment request or receiving report available for creation in Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
Document Checklist means an electronic list delivered by the Borrower (or by the Servicer on behalf of the Borrower) to the Collateral Custodian that identifies each of the documents contained in each Collateral Obligation File and whether such document is an original or a copy and whether a hard copy or electronic copy will be delivered to the Collateral Custodian related to a Collateral Obligation and includes the name of the Obligor with respect to such Collateral Obligation, in each case as of the related Funding Date.
Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.
Related Document any agreement, certificate, document or instrument relating to a Letter of Credit.
Bridge means a structure including supports erected over a depression or an obstruction, such as water, a highway, or a railway, for the purposes of carrying traffic or other moving loads, and having an opening measuring along the center of the roadway of more than 20 feet between undercopings of abutments or spring lines of arches, or extreme ends of openings for multiple boxes where the clear distance between openings is less than 1/2 of the smaller contiguous opening.
Document or “Documentation” means documentation in printed or written form, or in tapes, discs, drawings, computer programmes, writings, reports, photographs, films, cassettes, or expressed in any other written, electronic, audio or visual form;
DOC means a document of compliance issued to an Operator in accordance with rule 13 of the ISM Code;
Long-term contract means a contract with a duration period exceeding one year;
Facility Agreement means the Facility Agreement referred to in Recital (A).
Loan Checklist means a list delivered to the Custodian in connection with delivery of a Loan to the Custodian that identifies the items contained in the related Loan File.
Limited Documentation Program The guidelines under which the Seller generally originates Mortgage Loans principally on the basis of the Loan-to-Value Ratio of the related Mortgage Loan and the creditworthiness of the Mortgagor.
Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.
procurement document means any document produced or referred to by the contracting authority to describe or determine elements of the procurement or the procedure, including the contract notice, the prior information notice where it is used as a means of calling for competition, the technical specifications, the descriptive document, proposed conditions of contract, formats for the presentation of documents by candidates and tenderers, information on generally applicable obligations and any additional documents;
Commitment Letter has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7.
Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.
Credit Enhancement Agreement means the Agreement among the Sellers, the Master Servicer, the Trustee and the Credit Enhancement Provider with respect to the Credit Enhancement.
Documentation Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

L/C Related Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b)(i).
Credit Facility Agreement means the Credit Facility and Reimbursement Agreement dated as of January 1, 2007, between the Bond Bank and the Bank providing for the timely payment, when due, of a portion of the principal of and interest on the Notes, all subject to such conditions and under such terms as described in Article X of the Indenture.
Payoff Letter shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.13.
Credit Agreement Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Agreement, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.
Co-Lender Agreement With respect to any Loan Combination, the co-lender agreement, intercreditor agreement, agreement among noteholders or similar agreement, dated as of the date set forth in the Loan Combination Table under the column heading “Date of Co-Lender Agreement” and governing the relative rights of the holders of the related Mortgage Loan and Companion Loan(s), as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof. A Co-Lender Agreement exists with respect to each Loan Combination as of the Closing Date.
Co-Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.
Amendment Documents means this Amendment, the Credit Agreement (as amended by this Amendment), and each certificate and other document executed and delivered by the Borrowers pursuant to Section 5 hereof.
