Dock Services definition

Dock Services means one or more of the services identified in an Order, including without limitation occupancy of a berth, crane usage, lift services, rigging services, ground transportation and other services offered by HOS PORT from time-to-time in its discretion.

Examples of Dock Services in a sentence

  • Customer shall pay to HOS PORT monthly in advance, on the first day of the month, a fee for its occupancy of the Designated Space as provided in the applicable Order and if provided for in the Order, the Daily Rig Rate for Dock Services.
