DMERC definition

DMERC means the Durable Medical Equipment Regional Carrier rate as published by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services at http://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Medicare-Fee-for- Service-Payment/DMEPOSFeeSched/DMEPOS-Fee- Schedule.html.
DMERC means any Durable Medical Equipment Regional Carrier to which the Seller may submit claims for reimbursement for durable medical equipment and any successor thereto, whether referred to as a DMERC or DME-MAC (Durable Medical Equipment Medicare Administrative Contractor).
DMERC means Durable Medical Equipment Regional Carrier.
