DMC Lien means the Lien in the outstanding amount of $485,458.74 (plus interest) as of the Effective Date recorded by DMC Mining Services Corporation against the Pxxxxx Mine, pursuant to the notice of lien dated the 19th day of September 2013.

Second Priority Debt shall include any Registered Equivalent Notes and Guarantees thereof by the Guarantors issued in exchange therefor.

  • Lien means any mortgage, pledge, security interest, encumbrance, lien or charge of any kind (including any conditional sale or other title retention agreement or lease in the nature thereof).
