DM Loans definition
DM Loans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4A(a). --------
DM Loans means and include each DM Term Loan and each DM Revolving Loan.
Examples of DM Loans in a sentence
Any day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banking institutions in Boston, Massachusetts, are open for the transaction of banking business and, in the case of Eurocurrency Rate Loans, DM Loans and Sterling Loans, also a day which is a Eurocurrency Business Day.
The GER Borrower shall have furnished the GER Fronting Bank with all documents to open an account for the DM Loans as may be reasonably required by the GER Fronting Bank.
