DLP Loans means Staf▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ns and Unsubsidized Staf▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ns guaranteed by PHEAA and made by the Transferor to Pennsylvania residents attending Pennsylvania institutions which are part of the DLP Program.
