DLC Capital Expenditures definition
DLC Capital Expenditures means capital additions to or replacements of property, plants and equipment included in the DLC Assets and other expenditures or repairs on property, plants and equipment included in the DLC Assets that would be capitalized by DLC in accordance with its normal accounting policies.
