Divestiture Closing Date definition

Divestiture Closing Date means the date on which Thales divests the Divestiture Assets to Acquirer.
Divestiture Closing Date means the date on which Respondent (or a Divestiture Trustee) consummates a transaction to assign, grant, license, divest, transfer, deliver, or otherwise convey the Divestiture Assets to an Acquirer pursuant to this Order.
