disturbing noise. ’ means a noise, excluding the unamplified human voice, which—
disturbing noise means a noise level which exceeds the zone sound level or, if no zone sound level has been designated, a noise level which exceeds the ambient sound level at the same measuring point by 7 dBA or more;
disturbing noise means a noise level that causes the ambient noise level to rise above the designated zone level or, if no zone level has been designated, the typical rating level for ambient noise in districts, indicated in SANS 10103, and given in Table A.1, are applicable.
