District Fire Chief definition

District Fire Chief means a member of Protective Services District appointed by and reports to the Manager of Protective Services, to perform the duties and responsibilities as set out in the Bylaw, all applicable County policies and the policies of the Fire Protection Department;
District Fire Chief means the four persons appointed by Council to act on behalf of the Fire Chief of the Fire Department in the case of absence or a vacancy in the office of the Fire Chief.
District Fire Chief means the chief of a District Fire Department.

  • Review of the contents of a personnel file by a District Member must be conducted in the presence of the District Fire Chief or the District administrative staff.

  • The effectiveness of the procedures contained in this Operational Plan will be evaluated annually, or as significant changes occur, by the Fire District Fire Chief or his or her designee and the City Fire Chief or his or her designee.

  • Information and materials may be removed from a personnel file only with approval of the District Fire Chief unless otherwise detailed in this agreement.


More Definitions of District Fire Chief

District Fire Chief means the person appointed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County and the Town of Alix to administer the Alix Fire Service in accordance with policies and bylaws of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County and the Town of Alix.
