Repeated instance of failure to perform may result in cancellation of the contract and removal of the Proposer from consideration on other District contracts for the duration of the document contract period or for three years, whichever is longer, at the discretion of the Director of Procurement.

The District reserves the right to utilize other District contracts, State of Florida Contracts, contracts awarded by other city or county governmental agencies, other school boards, other community college/state university system cooperative proposal agreement, or to directly negotiate/purchase per School Board policy and/or State Board Rule 6A-1.012(5) in lieu of any offer received or award made as a result of this proposal, if it is in its best interest to do so.

Vendor found not in compliance with the District’s equal employment opportunity standards are expected to develop and implement affirmative action programs if they expect to be eligible to successfully propose for District contracts.

Related to District contracts

district municipality means a municipality that has municipal executive and legislative authority in an area that includes more than one municipality, and which is described in section 155 (1) of the Constitution as a category C municipality;
District Property means all property owned by the District including, but not limited to, the Amenity Center, common areas, parking lots and ponds.

Labor Contracts means all employment agreements, employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements and other agreements among the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary and its employees.
District attorney means any of the following:
Federal District Court as defined in Subsection 11.13(a).
Contracts means all contracts, leases, deeds, mortgages, licenses, instruments, notes, commitments, undertakings, indentures, joint ventures and all other agreements, commitments and legally binding arrangements, whether written or oral.
District board means the governing board of a district.

District Committees means the District Public Works Integrating Committees and the Executive Committees created pursuant to Section 164.04 of the Revised Code, and District Subcommittees created pursuant to Section 164.06 of the Revised Code.
Collective Bargaining Agreements shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.05.

Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b)(ii)(A).
