Distributions to the Borrower. The Agent may (with the Borrower’s consent or in accordance with Clause 28 (Set-off)) apply any amount received by it for the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.
Distributions to the Borrower. The Lender may (with the consent of the Borrower or in accordance with Clause 22 (Set-off)) apply any amount received by it for the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.
Distributions to the Borrower. The Facility Agent and the Security Agent may (in accordance with Clause 29 (Set-Off) or otherwise apply any amount received by it for the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.
Distributions to the Borrower. The Facility Agent may (with the Borrower’s consent or in accordance with Clause 28 (Set-off)) apply any amount received by it for the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.

FMO may (with the consent of the Borrower or in accordance with Section 8.5 (Set-off)) apply any amount received by it for the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under any Finance Document (other than any Designated Sales Contract) or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.
Distributions to the Borrower. The COFACE Agent and the Security Agent may (with the consent of the Obligor or in accordance with Clause 32 (Set-off)) apply any amount received by it for that Obligor in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from that Obligor under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.
Distributions to the Borrower. The Agent may (with the consent of the Borrower or in accordance with Clause 31 (Set-off)) apply any amount received by it for the account of the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents, or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.
Distributions to the Borrower. The Lender may (with the consent of the Borrower or in accordance with Clause 26 (Set-off)) apply any amount payable by it to the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.
Distributions to the Borrower. Each Lender may apply any amount payable by it to the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under this Agreement or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.
Distributions to the Borrower. The GIEK Facility Agent may (with the consent of the Borrower or in accordance with Clause 25 (Set-off), apply any amount received by it for the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of currency to be so applied.
