Distribution Licensees definition

Distribution Licensees means any one or more of Eastern Power Networks plc (company number 2366906), London Power Networks plc (company number 3929195) and South Eastern Power Networks plc (company number 3043097), UK Power Networks (IDNO) Limited (company number 06489447) and any other holder of a licence issued under section 6 of the Electricity Xxx 0000 within the same group of companies as the Company;
Distribution Licensees means the distribution utility or the distribution utilities who have signed the PSA (s) with SECI;
Distribution Licensees means an End Procurer as defined in the Guidelines who has agreed to purchase the Wind Power from SECI and has signed/will sign the Power Sale Agreement with SECI. It is clarified that all obligations of SECI under this Agreement shall be deemed to be the obligations of Buying Entities with which SECI has signed/will sign Power Sale Agreement.

Examples of Distribution Licensees in a sentence

  • A rebate of 2 paise per unit will be allowed if capacitors are installed as per Clause 23 of Conditions of Supply of Electricity of the Distribution Licensees in the State of Karnataka in respect of all metered IP Set Installations.
