If a Person asserts that there exists a --------------------- Dispute, then such Person (the "Disputing Person") will give each other ---------------- Person involved in such Dispute a written notice setting forth the nature of the asserted Dispute.
If no such resolution is reached within 45 days after such delivery of such notice, the party delivering such notice of Dispute (the "Disputing Person") may, within 75 days after delivery of such notice, commence arbitration hereunder by delivering to each other party involved therein a notice of arbitration (a "Notice of Arbitration") and by filing a copy of such Notice of Arbitration with the New York City office of the American Arbitration Association.
If no such resolution is reached within ten (10) business days after such delivery of such notice, the party delivering such notice of Dispute (the "Disputing Person") may, within forty-five (45) business days after delivery of such notice, commence arbitration by delivering to the other party a notice of arbitration (a "Notice of Arbitration").
If the Dispute has not been resolved within thirty (30) days from the date of their initial meeting, then any Disputing Person may take such further action or actions as it or they may deem appropriate.

If a Person asserts that there exists a Dispute, then such Person (the "Disputing Person") will give each other Person involved in such Dispute a written notice setting forth the nature of the asserted Dispute.
If mediation fails, or if either party refuses to submit the Dispute to mediation, then the Disputing Person may commence arbitration hereunder by delivering to each other party involved therein a demand for arbitration as required by the Rules which shall specify the nature of any Dispute and any other matters required by the Rules as in effect from time to time to be included therein (a “Demand for Arbitration”).
If Buyer, Seller or Parent asserts that there exists a Dispute, then such Person (the "Disputing Person") will give the other party involved in such Dispute a written notice setting forth the nature of the asserted Dispute.
If all such Persons do not resolve any such asserted Dispute prior to the tenth Business Day after such notice is given, then the Disputing Person may commence arbitration pursuant to this Section 13.N by giving each other Person involved in such Dispute a written notice to that effect (an "Arbitration Notice"), setting forth any matters ----------- ------ which are required to be set forth therein in accordance with the AAA Rules.
If Buyer, Bastet or Stockholder asserts that there exists a Dispute, then such Person (the "Disputing Person") will give the other party involved in such Dispute a written notice setting forth the nature of the asserted Dispute.
