disputed issue means any disagreement in regard to any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any such dispute will not be subject to appeal to any court except to permit a party to seek court enforcement of any arbitration award rendered hereunder. If the parties agree to the appointment of a single arbitrator, then the single arbitrator will determine and decide any dispute arising hereunder. If the parties cannot agree to the selection of a single arbitrator, then each party will designate an attorney to serve as an arbitrator, and the selected attorneys will select a third arbitrator.
