Disputed General Unsecured Claims Reserve definition

Disputed General Unsecured Claims Reserve means the reserve established pursuant to Article 7.1(c) of the Plan, which reserve shall contain amounts relating to Disputed General Unsecured Claims.
Disputed General Unsecured Claims Reserve means the reserve established and maintained by the Reorganized Debtors to hold the Liquidating Trust Interests to be distributed, as applicable, to Holders of Allowed General Unsecured Claims pending the resolution of Disputed General Unsecured Claims in accordance with the terms of Article VII hereof.
Disputed General Unsecured Claims Reserve means the reserve funded by the Operating Debtors pursuant to Section 8.1 of the Plan to ensure sufficient funds to pay all Disputed General Unsecured Claims in accordance with Section 3.2(c) of the Plan to the extent that such Claims become Allowed General Unsecured Claims.

Disputed General Unsecured Claims Reserve means, in the event there exists any Disputed General Unsecured Claim on or after the Effective Date, Cash to be set aside by the Disbursing Agent pursuant to Section 7.5 of the Plan, in one or more separate bank accounts, in an amount sufficient to pay the distributions to all Disputed General Unsecured Claims at the time such distributions are made in accordance with the provisions of the Plan, if such Disputed General Unsecured Claims become Allowed Claims.
Disputed General Unsecured Claims Reserve means an amount of Cash funded from the Carve-Out Fund to make distributions on account of Claims of holders of Disputed General Unsecured Claims under the Plan if such Claims are subsequently Allowed.
