Dispute Resolutions. Any dispute or controversy arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in Chicago, Illinois in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect; provided, however, that the evidentiary standards set forth in this Agreement shall apply. Judgment may be entered on the arbitrator's award in any court having jurisdiction.

Examples of Dispute Resolutions in a sentence

  • Upon being supplied a list of at least ten potential arbitrators that are each Qualified Dispute Resolutions Professionals by the AAA, each of the Requesting Party and the Representing Party will have the right to exercise two peremptory challenges within 14 days and to rank the remaining potential arbitrators in order of preference.

  • Upon being supplied a list of at least ten (10) potential arbitrators that are each Qualified Dispute Resolutions Professionals by the AAA, each of the Requesting Party and the Bank will have the right to exercise two (2) peremptory challenges within fourteen (14) days and to rank the remaining potential arbitrators in order of preference.

  • To maintain a trustworthy negotiations partnership, the Association and the District agree to use the Negotiations Teams Dispute Resolutions System described in Exhibit “M”, hereinafter referred to as “DRS.” The DRS will act as a guide for the Association and the District in the resolutions of issues.

  • The sections of this Agreement relating to Definitions, Compensation and Expenses, Term and Termination, Ownership and Retention, Confidentiality, Indemnification, Limitations, Non-Disparagement, Dispute Resolutions and General, shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Related to Dispute Resolutions

  • Dispute Resolution means the procedure set forth in this LGIP for resolution of a dispute between the Parties.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolution of Disputes set forth in Article 26;

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.

  • Dispute Resolution Process means the process described in clause 9

  • Alternative dispute resolution means mediation, arbitration, conciliation, or other nonjudicial procedure that involves a neutral party in the decisionmaking process. The form of alternative dispute resolution chosen pursuant to this article may be binding or nonbinding, with the voluntary consent of the parties.
