Dispute Resolution Panel or DRP definition

Dispute Resolution Panel or DRP means the panel appointed herein to adjudicate disputes;
Dispute Resolution Panel or DRP means the panel established by the Adviser in accordance with clause 135HB to determine the Rule Dispute. Expenses means the expenses (including room hire, travel, accommodation, provision of transcripts and other incidental expenses) that are reasonably incurred by a DRP Member and the Adviser in relation to the Rule Dispute. Fees means the fees payable to a DRP Member or the Adviser in relation to the Rule Dispute.
