Disposition Instruction definition

Disposition Instruction means an instruction to the Bank directing the disposition of the funds in the Deposit Account.
Disposition Instruction means an instruction to the Bank directing the dis- position of the funds in the Deposit Account.

  • The Bank will have no duty to inquire into or determine the existence or enforceability of the Debtor’s obligations to the Secured Party or whether, under any separate agreement between the Debtor and the Secured Party, the Debtor’s obligations to the Secured Party are in default, the Debtor may originate a Disposition Instruction or the Secured Party may originate the Initial Instruction or any Disposition Instruction.

  • We also recognize that your obligation to comply with this Disposition Instruction is subject to the other provisions of Section 4(a)(ii) of the General Terms.

  • We recognize that, as a condition to your complying with this Disposition Instruction and to the extent that we have not already done so, we must provide to you evidence reasonably required by you as to the authority of the person giving this Disposition Instruction to act for us.

  • A Disposition Instruction originated by the Secured Party must require that the funds be sent to a single recipient.

  • Agent may issue a Cash Sweep Instruction or Cash Disposition Instruction only on or after any date that: an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing.

  • A Disposition Instruction originated by the Secured Party must be for a disposition of all of the funds.

  • It will be rightful dishonor if we dishonor an item or Converted Check Entry: (a) when your Payment Default Option is “Return All” and a Suspect Item is not subject to a timely Pay Request Disposition Instruction; or (b) when your Payment Default Option is “Pay All” and the item is subject to a timely Return Request Disposition Instruction.
