Disposal Rights definition
Disposal Rights means, where there is a Disposal Agent, all of the Issuer’s rights against the Disposal Agent, to the extent that they relate to any Assets or the proceeds of their sale.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Speakeasy reserves the right to deny Customer the right to remove Customer Equipment from the Co-location Space if Customer is not current in the payment of its obligations hereunder and, exercise any of its Disposal Rights, stated above, within ten (10) days after Speakeasy's termination of the related Service Order due to Customer's nonpayment.
