Disposable Food Packaging definition
Disposable Food Packaging means all containers, bowls, plates, trays, cartons, cups, forks, knives, spoons, straws, lids, bags, sacks, wrapping and other items that are designed for one-time use and are used in the transport, storage or consumption of Prepared Food or Takeout Food. This includes, but is not limited to, packaging for food left over from partially consumed meals prepared at Restaurants or Retail Food Vendors.
