Display Server definition

Display Server means all of the computer hardware and software, commonly referred to as a server, which generate the Display Pages for the respective Display Websites, and make them available through the Internet.
Display Server means the computer hardware and software or cloud computing platform used for electronic display of any portion of the MLS Data, and which is owned or controlled by Broker Participant.

  • Licensor may, or at its option may engage an independent third party to, audit, test, and inspect the books, records, equipment, and facilities of Vendor Licensee, including each Display Server, and to perform tests of Vendor Licensee’s controls, systems and procedures, and of the Display Websites, as often as deemed reasonably necessary by Licensor and for such purposes as may be determined by Licensor, in its sole discretion.

  • In the event any person or entity, except Licensee, has any control over, responsibility for, or access to the Display Server (a “Vendor”), Licensee shall enter into a written agreement with the Vendor obligating the Vendor to comply with all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

  • In the event any person or entity, except AVP, has any control over, responsibility for, or access to the Display Server (an “AVP Affiliate”), AVP shall enter into a written agreement with the AVP Affiliate obligating the AVP Affiliate to comply with all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

  • Vendor Licensee shall not attempt to block or otherwise interfere with Licensor’s monitoring or review of, attempts to penetrate, or access to, any Display Server or Vendor Licensee’s other systems and controls.

  • LAR may, at its option and without prior notice to Broker Participant, immediately suspend the license granted herein, including access to or display of the MLS Data, or the display of the MLS Data on any particular Display Server or Application Display for a period of up to thirty (30) days upon the occurrence of any default by Vendor, or the occurrence of any event which LAR believes may constitute a default under this Agreement.

  • NRVAR may, in its sole discretion and upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Licensee, change the means and nature of downloading the Licensed Listings, and/or terminate the download of the Licensed Listings to the Display Server.

  • LAR may, in its sole discretion and upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Licensee, change the means and nature of downloading the Licensed Listings, and/or terminate the download of the Licensed Listings to the Display Server.

  • Licensor may, or at its option may engage an independent third party to, audit, test, and inspect the books, records, equipment, and facilities of Vendor Licensee, including each Display Server, and to perform tests of Vendor Licensee’s controls, systems and procedures, and of the Display Websites, as often as deemed reasonably necessary by Licensor, in its sole discretion.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, LAR hereby grants to Broker Participant a license to facilitate (through the assistance of Vendor, if applicable) the display and use of MLS Data on the Display Server and Application Display(s) of Broker Participant and their Agent Subscriber(s), with such license subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein.

  • In the event any person or entity has any control over, responsibility for, or access to the Display Server, then such person or entity shall enter into a written LAR Vendor Data license Agreement obligating such person or entity to comply with all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

Related to Display Server

  • Display ’ means the display of a sign and includes the erection of any billboard, sign or structure intended solely or primarily for the support of a sign or billboard, and includes the display of a sign of a business, trade partnership or individual connected with the contents of the sign or sign, and ‘‘displayed’’ has a corresponding meaning;
