Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);
Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).
Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;
smart metering system means an electronic system that can measure energy consumption, providing more information than a conventional meter, and can transmit and receive data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;
Gasoline dispensing facility means any site where gasoline is dispensed to motor vehicle gasoline tanks from stationary storage tanks.
Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.
Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.
Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.
Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.
Generator means a device that produces electricity.
Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.
Upgrade means a major version upgrade of any Platform software.
Unfit-for-use tank system means a tank system that has been determined through an integrity assessment or other inspection to be no longer capable of storing or treating hazardous waste without posing a threat of release of hazardous waste to the environment.
Supported Hardware means the hardware and platforms that are listed at (i) xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx and xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/resourcelibrary/articles/enterprise-linux-virtualization-support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift Container Platform and Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Subscriptions, (ii) xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/products/platforms/application/supportedconfigurations/ for Red Hat JBoss Middleware Subscriptions, and (iii) xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/knowledge/articles/66206 for Red Hat Gluster Storage Subscriptions, (iv) xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/products/red-hat-ceph-storage for Red Hat Ceph Storage Subscriptions and (v) xxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/ansible- tower/latest/html/quickinstall/prepare.html#prerequisites-and-requirements for Ansible Tower Subscriptions. “Evaluation Subscriptions” are Subscription Services provided for the sole purpose of evaluating the suitability of the Subscription Services for your future purchase from Red Hat or through one of our authorized Business Partners (“Evaluation Purposes”), and not for Production Purposes, Development Purposes or any other purpose.
Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.
Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;
Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;
Replacement Card means a renewal or replacement Card issued to you by us;
Sanitary Sewer System means all facilities, includ- ing approved LOSS, used in the collection, transmission, storage, treatment, or discharge of any waterborne waste, whether domestic in origin or a combination of domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater. LOSS are only consid- ered sanitary sewer systems if they are designed to serve urban densities. Sanitary sewer system is also commonly known as public sewer system.

Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment.
Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.
Plasma arc incinerator means any enclosed device using a high intensity electrical discharge or arc as a source of heat followed by an afterburner using controlled flame combustion and which is not listed as an industrial furnace.
Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.
Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.
Retrofit means to alter, improve, modify, remodel or renovate a building, facility or structure to make that building, facility or structure more energy-efficient.
