DISP Rules means the Dispute Resolution Complaints manual contained within the FCA Handbook or any replacement thereof;
Examples of DISP Rules in a sentence
If the Participant determines (in accordance with the Participant's assessment conducted under paragraph 1 of this Appendix 7) that it is the sole proper respondent to a Complaint, such Complaint will be handled by the Participant promptly and fairly in accordance with DISP and, unless otherwise required by the FCA, FOS and/or DISP Rules, the Reclaim Fund shall be entitled only to the information referred to in paragraph 2.4 of this Appendix 7.
Each Party agrees to handle Complaints in accordance with its regulatory responsibilities and the DISP Rules as amended from time to time and to assist the other in satisfying the FCA in respect of appropriate handling of Complaints.
