Booths Dismantling Period refers to exhibitor manual of each show.
Contract For Space means the binding contract relating to the acceptance by the Organiser of the application for Space by the Exhibitor in accordance with clause 3 below; Dismantling Period means the period for removal of all Exhibits and Stands from the Halls.
The Venue Owner together with the relevant local authority reserves the right to inspect stands and exhibits throughout the Installation Period, Opening Hours and Dismantling Period.
Identification badges will be issued by the Event Organiser and must be worn by the Exhibitor (and their employees and agents) at all times during the Installation Period, Opening Hours and Dismantling Period.
Vehicles will only be allowed access to the Venue during the Installation Period and Dismantling Period.

Details of the times and dates of:A the exhibition, B the Open Hours, C the Installation Period; andD the Dismantling Period are or will be as stipulated by the Organiser in the Exhibition Manual or otherwise.
The Exhibitor shall install its Exhibits, articles, items, materials and Stands during the Installation Period and remove its Exhibits, articles, items, materials and Stands during the Dismantling Period.
