Disenroll definition

Disenroll or "disenrollment" means the termination of a partnership participants' enrollment in the HIP program. Decisions regarding eligibility or enrollment status for insur- ance coverage will be made by the carrier.
Disenroll means the act of discontinuing a Member’s Enrollment in the Contractor’s Plan.
Disenroll means to terminate coverage by the program.
