Discrimination Policy definition

Discrimination Policy. Any form of discrimination based on race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, national or ethnic origin, political beliefs, veteran status, or disability is contrary to the principles and policies of Harvard University. The Science Center has the right to refuse any group or event that does not comply with this policy.

Related to Discrimination Policy

  • Allocation Policy means the allocation policy of the Company adopted by the Managing Member in accordance with Section 5.1.

  • Valuation Policy has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.12(b)(ii)(B).

  • Collection Policy means the collection policies of the initial servicer in effect on the Closing Date, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Servicing Standard.
