Discretionary Bonuses definition

Discretionary Bonuses means the amount, if any, awarded to a Participant during a Performance Period by the Committee pursuant to Section 6.
Discretionary Bonuses has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

Examples of Discretionary Bonuses in a sentence

  • Discretionary Bonuses, if any, shall be paid in such form as the Compensation Committee of the Board may in its discretion determine, net of withholding for all applicable taxes and other amounts which may be properly withheld.

  • All Discretionary Bonuses are determined and awarded by the Company in accordance with its discretionary bonus program as from time to time in effect (currently known as “ASPIRE”).

  • During each employment year, Employee shall be entitled to the compensation determined by the SBG Compensation Committee (the "Committee") after consulting with the CEO, which compensation may include the right to earn either discretionary cash or stock bonuses (the "Discretionary Bonuses") or incentive bonuses (the "Incentive Bonuses") (see Section 3.3 below with respect to Incentive Bonuses).

  • Discretionary Bonuses, if any, shall be determined and paid as the Board or the Compensation Committee of the Board may in its discretion determine.

  • However, the decision to provide any Discretionary Bonuses and the amount and terms of any Discretionary Bonuses, including the payment of cash, the issuance of equity in the Company, or a combination of both, shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of the Board of Directors.

  • Upon returning to active full-time employment, the Executive's full compensation as set forth in the paragraphs of this Agreement entitled "Compensation" and "Discretionary Bonuses" shall be reinstated.

  • In the case of failure to extend the term only, the Executive also shall receive severance compensation equal to his Base Salary then in effect for eighteen (18) months after such date, payable at such times as his Base Salary would have been paid if the Term had not expired together with a payment within ninety (90) days after any failure to extend the term, equal to the greater of (i) the Reorganization Bonus or (ii) all Discretionary Bonuses.
