Discount Period definition

Discount Period means, with respect to any Settlement Date or the Liquidity Termination Date, the period from and including the preceding Settlement Date (or if none, the date that the first Incremental Purchase is made hereunder) to but not including such Settlement Date or Liquidity Termination Date, as applicable.
Discount Period means, with respect to any Receivable the number of days from (and including) the applicable Purchase Date of such Receivable to (but not including) the date which is the last day of the Approved Obligor Buffer Period for the Approved Obligor of such Receivable following the Maturity Date of such Receivable.
Discount Period means, with respect to each Purchased Receivable, the sum of the number of days from and including (i) the Purchase Date for such Purchased Receivable and to, but not including, (ii) the first weekly Settlement Date occurring after the date that corresponds to the Maturity Date with respect to such Purchased Receivable plus the Account Debtor Buffer Period for such Account Debtor.
