Discount Credits definition

Discount Credits means, credits issued by Servicer or any Originator to Obligors in respect of early pay discounts.
Discount Credits means certain credits CSA member may be eligible to receive in accordance with the CSA Program Guide to obtain discounts on the purchase or lease of Compaq Products for designated uses. (m) "Territory" means the United States of America.

Examples of Discount Credits in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that (a) any Discount Credit that is applied under this Agreement or was applied under any Existing Terminating Revenue Share Agreement with respect to any transaction that did not settle or was otherwise refunded will be deducted from the total Discount Credits applied hereunder, and (b) all Discount Credits that have been applied under this Agreement will be cancelled as a result of any breach or violation of this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that any Discount Credit that is applied under this Agreement or was applied under any Existing Terminating Revenue Share Agreement with respect to any transaction that did not settle or was otherwise refunded will be cancelled from the total Discount Credits applied hereunder.

  • All Discount Credits will be calculated by us based on our records, which such calculation shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

  • Reward & Discount Credits will not constitute liquidated damages or an exclusive remedy for the corresponding failure to perform, and Airbnb will be free to pursue any and all remedies available under this Agreement, at law or in equity with respect thereto, provided that any such Reward & Discount Credits actually paid by Service Provider to Airbnb will be offset against any damages awarded to Airbnb for claims arising from the corresponding failure.

  • Except as set forth in Section 16.3(a) above, commencing upon the first Commencement Date and continuing until the End Date, Service Provider will render a single consolidated invoice to Airbnb on a [***] basis for all applicable fixed and variable Fees, adjusted for any relevant Reward & Discount Credits or other mutually agreed adjustments.

  • The 1993 actual Type 2 billing will be utilized as the base revenue for calculating the 1994 Discount Credit, and the 15% commitments for 1994 and 1995 will be used for calculating the Discount Credits for 1995 and 1996, respectively.

Related to Discount Credits

  • Discount Factor means the percentage discount applied to additional APCs when more than one APC is provided during the same visit (including the same APC provided more than once). Not all APCs are subject to a discount factor.

  • S&P Discount Factor means for purposes of determining the Discounted Value of any S&P Eligible Asset, the percentage determined by reference to the rating on such asset and the shortest Exposure Period set forth opposite such rating that is the same length as or is longer than the S&P Exposure Period, in accordance with the table set forth below:

  • Discount Percentage shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.11.

  • Emission Reduction Credits or “ERC(s)” means emission reductions that have been authorized by a local air pollution control district pursuant to California Division 26 Air Resources; Health and Safety Code Sections 40709 and 40709.5, whereby such district has established a system by which all reductions in the emission of air contaminants that are to be used to offset certain future increases in the emission of air contaminants shall be banked prior to use to offset future increases in emissions.

  • Moody’s Discount Factor means the discount factors set forth in the Moody's Guidelines for use in calculating the Discounted Value of the Fund's assets in connection with Moody's long-term preferred share ratings of the VRDP Shares at the request of the Fund.

  • Discount Loan The Loans having Pass-Through Rates of less than 6.75%.

  • Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) any shortfall in the amount of Available Funds available to pay the amounts specified in clauses (i) through (xvii) of Section 5.7(a) (taking into account application of Available Funds to the priority of payments specified in Section 5.7(a) and ignoring any provision hereof which otherwise limits the amounts described in such clauses to the amount of funds available) and (y) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date prior to application of amounts on deposit therein pursuant to Section 5.8.

  • S&P Volatility Factor means 277% or such other potential dividend rate increase factor as S&P advises the Corporation in writing is applicable.

  • Discount Amount means initially $6,549,982; provided that following any issuance of additional Class C(2020-3) Notes in accordance with Section 2.09, the Discount Amount shall mean the amount specified in the Notice of Additional Issuance.

  • Discount Price means the product of (i) the price per share of Capital Stock sold in an Equity Financing and (ii) 100% less the Discount.

  • Spread Account Percentage means, (i) 0% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is greater than or equal to 5.00%, (ii) 2.00% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 5.00% and greater than or equal to 4.50%, (iii) 2.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 4.50% and greater than or equal to 4.00%, (iv) 3.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 4.00% and greater than or equal to 3.50%, (v) 4.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 3.50% and greater than or equal to 3.00%, (vi) 5.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 3.00% and greater than or equal to 2.50%, (vii) 6.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 2.50% and greater than or equal to 1.50%, (viii) 7.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 1.50% and greater than or equal to 0.50% and (ix) 8.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 0.50%.

  • Blended Rate means, with respect to any Taxable Year, the sum of the effective rates of tax imposed on the aggregate net income of the Corporate Taxpayer in each state or local jurisdiction in which the Corporate Taxpayer files Tax Returns for such Taxable Year, with the maximum effective rate in any state or local jurisdiction being equal to the product of: (i) the apportionment factor on the income or franchise Tax Return filed by the Corporate Taxpayer in such jurisdiction for such Taxable Year, and (ii) the maximum applicable corporate tax rate in effect in such jurisdiction in such Taxable Year. As an illustration of the calculation of Blended Rate for a Taxable Year, if the Corporate Taxpayer solely files Tax Returns in State 1 and State 2 in a Taxable Year, the maximum applicable corporate tax rates in effect in such states in such Taxable Year are 6% and 5%, respectively and the apportionment factors for such states in such Taxable Year are 60% and 40%, respectively, then the Blended Rate for such Taxable Year is equal to 5.6% (i.e., 6% times 60% plus 5% times 40%).

  • BA Discount Proceeds means in respect of any Bankers' Acceptance being purchased by a Canadian Lender on any day under Section 2.3, an amount (rounded to the nearest whole Canadian cent, and with one-half of one Canadian cent being rounded up) calculated on such day by multiplying:

  • Discount Option Receivables shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.12. The aggregate amount of Discount Option Receivables outstanding on any Date of Processing occurring on or after the Discount Option Date shall equal the sum of (a) the aggregate Discount Option Receivables at the end of the prior Date of Processing (which amount, prior to the Discount Option Date, shall be zero) plus (b) any new Discount Option Receivables created on such Date of Processing minus (c) any Discount Option Receivable Collections received on such Date of Processing. Discount Option Receivables created on any Date of Processing shall mean the product of the amount of any Principal Receivables created on such Date of Processing (without giving effect to the proviso in the definition of Principal Receivables) and the Discount Percentage.
