Discount means with respect to any Purchaser:

Discount means, for any Tranche Period, (a) the product of (i) the Discount Rate for such Tranche Period, (ii) the total amount of Investment allocated to the Tranche Period, and (iii) the number of days elapsed during the Tranche Period divided by (b) 360 days.

Discount means the furnishing or offering to furnish title insurance, services constituting the business of title insurance or escrow services for a total charge less than the amounts set forth in the applicable rate schedules filed pursuant to Section 31A-19a-203 or 31A-19a-209.
