Disclosed Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.3(b);

• Prior to Closing, the Purchaser shall not use or disclose the Disclosed Personal Information for any purposes other than those related to determining if it shall proceed with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, the performance of this Agreement, or the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Disclosed Personal Information has the meaning given to that term in Section 9.17(a).
