Discharge Authorization definition

Discharge Authorization means a written approval by the Director which prescribes certain requirements or restrictions for a discharge to the City sewer and drainage system.
Discharge Authorization or “DA” means the document issued by the District to a significant in- dustrial user granting permission to discharge pro- cess wastewater into the sewerage system of the District.
