Disbursement Ratio definition

Disbursement Ratio means at any relevant time, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, equal to:
Disbursement Ratio means the Disbursement Amount divided by $3,000,000. All payments hereunder shall be applied first to accrued and unpaid interest, and then to principal.
