Disbursement Account Control Agreement definition

Disbursement Account Control Agreement as defined in the Security Agreement.

Disbursement Account Control Agreement means a blocked account control agreement entered into among the Buyer, the Agent, the Disbursement Agent and the Seller with respect to the Disbursement Account (as defined in the Custodial and Disbursement Agreement).
