Dirties definition

Dirties means eggs that have an unbroken shell with adhering dirt or other foreign material.

  • Idaho Consumer Grade B (at destination) shall consist of eggs which are ninety percent (90%) B quality or better, not more than ten percent (10%) may be Checks and not more than one percent (1%) Leakers, Dirties, or Loss (due to meat or blood spots) in any combination, except that such Loss may not exceed three-tenths of one percent (0.3%).

  • For the U.S. Consumer grades (at origin), a tolerance of 0.50 percent Leakers, Dirties or Loss (due to meat or blood spots) in any combination is permitted, except that such Loss may not exceed 0.30 percent.

Related to Dirties

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.

  • Recyclables means Solid Waste that may be reclaimed and/or processed and used in the production of raw materials or products.

  • Houseboat means a powered vessel containing living accommodation, usually flat- bottomed and used in navigation.

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • GATS means the General Agreement on Trade in Services, contained in Annex 1B to the WTO Agreement;

  • Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Wastewater Treatment Works means an arrangement of devices and structures for treating wastewater, industrial wastes, and sludge. Sometimes used as synonymous with "waste treatment plant" or "wastewater treatment plant" or "pollution control plant".

  • Flowgate means a representative modeling of facilities or groups of facilities that may act as potential constraint points.

  • Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.

  • Suppliers means any person or entity, including affiliates of the Company, who locates, purchases, sells, stores and/or transports natural gas or its equivalent for or on behalf of the Company. Suppliers may include, but not be limited to, interstate pipeline transmission companies, producers, brokers, marketers, associations, intrastate pipeline transmission companies, joint ventures, providers of LNG, LPG, SNG, and other hydrocarbons used as feed-stock, other distribution companies and end-users.

  • Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.
