DIRECTV Services definition

DIRECTV Services means DBS television services and all other video, audio, data packages, "a la carte" programming services and other services offered by DIRECTV, Inc., the predecessor-in-interest of Hughxx Xxxmunications Galaxy, Inc., or its successors or assigns.
DIRECTV Services means any and all direct-to-home satellite multi-channel video programming services made available by Purchaser or any of its Affiliates and any other products or services of Purchaser or any of its Affiliates related thereto.
DIRECTV Services means the audio and video programming that DIRECTV offers, leases, and/or sells to consumers, directly and/or through Third- Party Retailers, including, but not limited to, the installation, activation and/or delivery of DIRECTV programming, equipment, and/or any other DIRECTV Goods.

Examples of DIRECTV Services in a sentence

  • DEALER shall use commercially reasonable efforts to determine if Commercial Establishments are receiving any DIRECTV Services without proper authorization (an “Unauthorized Receipt”).

  • As between DSI MSO Dealer and DSI, DSI shall have the sole right to edit, select, schedule, package and price all DIRECTV SMATV Programming and all other DIRECTV Services.

  • Any promotion price, and (i) the fact that the promotional price is contingent upon the consumer’s request for a rebate(s), if such is the case, (ii) each component or requirement for claiming a rebate, if applicable, (iii) the duration of the promotional price, and (iv) the current price of the DIRECTV Goods or DIRECTV Services ordered without any promotion or discount applied.

  • Purchaser will provide the contractually required DIRECTV Services to any Active Subscriber whose pre-payment for such DIRECTV Services is reflected in the calculation of Final Net Working Capital Amount; provided, however, if such Active Subscriber terminates the service, DIRECTV will refund the unused portion of such pre-paid amount.

  • Owner may not enter into any contract with or grant any rights to any third party to the extent such rights are inconsistent with the rights granted to (XXX SYSTEM OPERATOR) under this Agreement or applicable law, and may not operate its own private or public system for cable access television or with functionality the same as or similar to that of the Signal Distribution System or the DIRECTV Services.

  • Operator shall use commercially reasonable efforts to determine if MDU Properties are receiving any DIRECTV Services without proper authorization (an "Unauthorized Receipt").

  • In order to facilitate Operator’s use of existing infrastructure for the provision of DIRECTV Services as set forth in this Agreement, Owner agrees to take commercially reasonable steps, including when appropriate use of the Inside Wiring Rules, to gain control over existing Home Run Wiring at the Property and to make that existing wiring available for Operator’s use in distributing DIRECTV Services to Residents.

  • As between Operator and DIRECTV, DIRECTV shall have the sole right to edit, select, schedule, package and price all DIRECTV Programming Packages and all other DIRECTV Services.

  • Schemes to be identified in liaison with WSCC in line with their annual Planning for School Places document, this includes: - Expansion of existing Primary School Places at Desmond Anderson Primary, Maidenbower Infant and Junior, Northgate Primary, Our Lady Queen of Heaven Primary, Waterfield Primary and Three Bridges Primary.

  • Operator shall ensure that each System Operator agrees to comply with the terms and conditions under this Agreement imposed on Operator prior to any such person or entity entering into a Right of Entry or marketing, soliciting or taking orders for any DIRECTV Services or performing any other activities on behalf of Operator hereunder.

Related to DIRECTV Services

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.
