Director Stock Option definition

Director Stock Option means any option to purchase shares of Stock granted pursuant to Section 7.

Director Stock Option means any option to purchase Shares granted pursuant to Section 6 to an Outside Director.

More Definitions of Director Stock Option

Director Stock Option means a grant of a Nonqualified Stock Option to a Non-Employee Director under Section 7 of the Plan.
