Directly Modulates definition
Directly Modulates means that a compound (i) has an [* *] for the Target of [* *] or less; and (ii) for which the demonstrated mechanism of action for the compound's intended therapeutic, prophylactic or diagnostic effect is binding to and thereby modulating the activity of the Target, as determined by an assessment of available data by the JSMC.
