Directly from the manufacturer means, for purposes of s. 499.0121(6)(d) and (e), F.S., the manufacturer sold the prescription drug to the establishment, or member of the establishment’s affiliated group if applicable, as reflected on a true and accurate invoice of sale from the manufacturer to the establishment or affiliated group member. The prescription drug may be shipped directly to another establishment.
