Directly Competitive Product definition

Directly Competitive Product means any pharmaceutical or biologic composition (other than a Product Commercialized by or for CUBIST or its Affiliates or Sublicensees) that contains an HBV Antibody in any formulation for the treatment or prevention of Hepatitis B.
Directly Competitive Product means any product comprising or containing an ERBB3 Antibody that is not a Licensed Product.

More Definitions of Directly Competitive Product
