Direction Notice definition

Direction Notice means a notice issued by the Company pursuant to Article 16.1;

Direction Notice has the meaning given to that term in Section 2.04 of this Agreement.

Examples of Direction Notice in a sentence

• The Directors may at any time give notice cancelling a Direction Notice.

Direction Notice has the meaning specified in Section 6.03.

Direction Notice has the meaning given to that term in Section 2.04 of this Agreement. Distributee has the meaning given to that term in Section 3.03 of this Agreement. Distributor has the meaning given to that term in Section 3.03 of this Agreement.

Direction Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2 hereof.
