Direct Member definition

Direct Member means a person or entity who accesses the services of the Exchange without being a Customer of a Clearing Firm.
Direct Member means an owner of an Interest in an Affiliate Program, for whom a separate enrollment agreement with the Exchange Company is not required, and who is not an Exchange Member.

More Definitions of Direct Member

Direct Member means a person eligible to be a Direct Member who applies for membership and pays its membership dues directly to the Association;
