DIP Delivery where the DIP is delivered to the end-user via a suitable Graphical User Interface23 (GUI);

Examples of DIP Delivery in a sentence

  • QS-05 DIP Delivery time One of the most important parameter perceived by a user when asking for some material (media + metadata packaged in a DIP) is the total elapsed time from the request to the complete and correct reception of the package.

  • The user preparing the DIP can decide to load the existing DIP into the working directory for doing additional manipulations or to directly forward the existing DIP to the DIP Delivery component and its Access module.

  • The diagram shows three main components: The Data Management component for distributed and local storage, with a division into several storage areas, the AIP to DIP Transformation component to find and create an order for the required AIPs and to prepare the DIP, and the DIP Delivery component to give access to the DIP and maintain it after use.
