DIP ABL Lenders definition

DIP ABL Lenders means the banks, financial institutions, and other lenders party to the DIP ABL Credit Agreement from time to time.

DIP ABL Lenders means the DIP ABL Agent and those lenders from time to time party to the DIP ABL Documents.

DIP ABL Lenders means the banks, financial institutions, and other lenders party to the DIP ABL Credit Agreement from time to time, each letter of credit issuer thereunder, and each bank product provider thereunder, each solely in their capacity as such.

• The DIP ABL Agent shall retain all rights as DIP ABL Agent under the DIP ABL Documents in connection with the delivery of the distributions to the DIP ABL Lenders.

• Pursuant to the DIP ABL Credit Agreement, all distributions pursuant to this Article II.C.1 shall be made to the DIP ABL Agent for distributions to the DIP ABL Lenders in accordance with the DIP ABL Credit Agreement and DIP ABL Loan Documents.

DIP ABL Lenders means the lenders from time to time party to the DIP ABL Credit Agreement.
