Digital Spend definition

Digital Spend means any external-facing service provided through the internet to citizens, businesses, civil society or non-government organisations. This includes any spend on web-based or mobile information services, websites, knowledge or open data portals, transactional services such as cash transfers, web applications and mobile phone apps.
